“If I only could pick three or four hunts to do every year – waterfowl hunting in Saskatchewan would be on that list,” said Bachman. “The birds are plentiful at Buck Paradise Outfitters and I love the camaraderie amongst hunters. We go early in the season as the birds have not become too wise to us hunters and this year, I was lucky to have my dad join us.”

Waterfowl hunting was Melissa’s first hunt as a kid with her parents – even before she received her first gun. “It was something as a family we all enjoyed and taking Melissa out duck hunting was a super simple way to introduce her to hunting so everyone had a fun time,” said Dale Bachman.
