Why We have “Rule One”: Winchester SXP Slamfire & Recall

A man by the name of Stephen Floyd purchased a newWinchester SXP shotgun, only to discover an incredibly dangerous slamfire when he chambers a cartridge, even with the safety on and his hands nowhere near the trigger.

To their credit, Winchester has quickly issued a recall for the affected firearms:
