Vortex Optics introduces two new Strike Eagle Riflescopes, the 3-18×44 and 4-24×50, for long range shooting.
The Strike Eagle scopes feature a lightweight design paired with what Vortex says is a versatile 6X zoom, which can help shooters engage targets from intermediate to extended ranges. Using an XD optical system, the scopes offer fully-multicoated lenses with antireflective coatings for better imaging. The glass etched, second-focal plane reticles also provide enhanced MOA-based hold points. The Strike Eagle series sports a fast focus eyepiece that adjusts easily so the reticle remains in focus.
The series is constructed out of aircraft grade aluminum and delivers 120 MOA of elevation travel for the 3-18×44 model and 85 MOA for the 4-24×50. The scopes boast 11 intensity levels of illumination, running on a single CR 2032 battery. Exposed laser-etched turrets offer a zero-reset and the dial rotates for-and-aft a full 360-degrees.
The scope series is O-ring sealed and Nitrogen gas purged giving the scopes a waterproof and fogproof design.
The 3-18×44 retails for $599 while the 4-24×50 comes in at $699. Both are covered under the Vortex Optics lifetime, no-fault, transferable, VIP warranty.
