Clearfield, UT -(Ammoland.com)- Vista Outdoor Inc. (Vista Outdoor), which previously operated as the Sporting Group of Alliant Techsystems Inc. (ATK), announced today the successful completion of its spin-off from ATK (NYSE: ATK) into a standalone, publicly traded outdoor sports and recreation company.
On February 9, 2015, ATK distributed to its stockholders two shares of Vista Outdoor common stock for every share of ATK common stock held as of record on February 2, 2015.
