Virginia Circuit Court Clerk Admits Mistake & Corrects CHP Permit Billing Error

Covington VA –-(Ammoland.com)- Another example of a regular member getting a problem fixed. Marc Montoni noticed that the Rockingham County and Harrisonburg City Circuit Court Clerk charged him $52 for his CHP renewal.

Upon checking with the Clerk, he was told they were allowed to charge a $2 credit card processing fee.
