Horseshoe Pay Lake in South Louisville, Kentucky calls itself “Home of the Catfish,” but one man says he was kicked out because he caught too many fish at this “no-limit lake.” I understand that the lake’s owners do not want commercial fisherman catching then reselling the fish. Is that what was going on here? This man says no!
