Gun Bills to be Heard in the General Assembly
Call your state legislators. Anti-gun bills will be heard in the House and pro-gun bills will be heard in the Senate!
Dear friend,
The Virginia General Assembly will be considering several gun bills on Thursday, February 9th.
For starters, the Republican-controlled House of Delegates will be hearing a litany of gun control bills passed from the Senate.
Among the bills to be considered are SB 1067, which expands Virginia’s red flag law; SB 1181, which requires privately made firearms to be serialized; SB 1192 and 1382, which include so-called “assault weapon” and “high capacity” magazine bans. More gun control bills will be considered, as well.
Please call your state delegate and urge them to vote against any and all gun control.
The Democrat-controlled State Senate will also be considering several pro-gun measures passed from the House.
Among the bills to be considered are HB 1427, which restores preemption. More gun bills will be considered. Please call your state senator to support pro-gun measures.
Gun owners can take nothing for granted, so please call right away.
Thanks in advance for taking action.
In liberty,
