UCC Shooting – A Simple Request to Media – Anonymity

Tucson, AZ -(AmmoLand.com)- Minutes ago I saw news of the shooting up Umpqua Community College in Oregon. Immediately my phone was flooded with pictures of people being loaded into ambulances, police searching people and their bags, and quotes about the dead and wounded.

Cries to “do something about it” are justly being shouted from the social media mountain tops.

So, I ask you, help me do something about this.

Let’s flood the news stations, local and national, print and online, television and internet, with a clear and simple demand:

Do not give this coward what he wants!

Let us demand that this disgusting monstrosity live out his absolute worst fear: To die in anonymity.

Do not show us his face, do not tell us his name, do not read whatever psychotic manifesto he has written.

Let us demand that we will focus on the lives lost, those who were cut short of their time on this Earth. Let us demand that they be celebrated, and that he be ignored.

Let us send a clear message to anyone else who might consider mass murder as a means of escaping the dreary life …Read the Rest
