Two New Castle County, Delaware Men Arrested
Two men were arrested for spotlighting, multiple hunting-related violations
Delaware -(Ammoland.com)- After investigating a report of multiple persons spotlighting deer from a boat at night on the Christina River near Churchman’s Marsh Pond near Newark, DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police officers arrested two Newark men Oct. 30 on multiple hunting-related violations.
Terence Khan, 32, was charged with carrying a loaded firearm in a motor vessel; third degree conspiracy; trespassing to hunt; spotlighting; hunting at night; hunting deer during a closed season; hunting antlerless deer with shot smaller than buckshot; failure to display required hunter orange during a firearms deer season; hunting with a shotgun capable of holding more than three shells; possession of an unlawfully taken Canada goose; hunting migratory waterfowl using shot larger than “T” size; possession of prohibited lead shot/shot size while hunting migratory waterfowl; operating a vessel with insufficient number of life jackets; no fire extinguisher on board; no navigation lights, and three federal violations: hunting Canada geese out of season, carrying an unsigned federal duck stamp and hunting without a …Read the Rest
