Recently, turncoat Governor Bill “Lousy Lee” issued an eighteen-point proclamation calling for a special session.
Arguably, any of the eighteen points could perhaps be used to advance gun control but point twelve is the most concerning.
It calls for so-called “temporary mental health orders of protection,” which is just political speech for red flag gun confiscation.
Further, any so-called “due process protections” added do not relieve the concerns of gun owners. In other words, this “Constructive Republican Alternative Proposal” (CRAP) cannot be polished.
Gun owners have further reason to believe that Gov. Lousy Lee is serious about passing red flag gun confiscation. Tennessee has received over $6 million to fund red flag gun confiscation from the misnamed “Bipartisan Safer Communities Act” that was passed in Congress last year.
Instead of using that money to take firearms away from honest gun owners, perhaps it could go towards refunding the hunting and archery school programs (which, ironically, Biden used the misnamed Bipartisan Safer Communities
