“The Terminator” Reads Guns and Ammo

Iconic magazine gets “shout out” from the Guardian played by Arnold Schwarzenegger in summer blockbuster movie

PEORIA, ILL (Ammoland.Com) — Guns & Ammo, the world’s most widely read firearms magazine, makes a cameo appearance in this summer’s blockbuster movie – “Terminator Genisys,” the fifth installment in “The Terminator” franchise. Arriving in movie theaters on July 1, “Terminator Genisys” is a Paramount Pictures production.

Recently, Paramount contacted Editor Eric R. Poole for the opportunity to profile firearms used throughout the movie created by ISS Armory’s legendary gunsmith Harry Lu. The profile can be found in a behind-the-scenes feature written by Jeremy Stafford titled “Terminator Genisys…A Gun Story.” This bookmark-worthy August issue of Guns & Ammo magazine will be on newsstands July 2.

Paramount Pictures also has indicated that a copy of Guns & Ammo will make a cameo appearance during the movie.
