Team Safariland’s Lenseigne Sets Two World Records at The CMSA National Championship

ONTARIO, Calif. – -(Ammoland.com)- Safariland, a company with a rich heritage in the law enforcement and sporting markets for 50 years, is thrilled to congratulate veteran Bianchi® team member Kenda Lenseigne following yet another promising effort at the 2016 Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association National Championship in, Tunica, MS last weekend.

Riding her up-and-coming mare Sparky, Lenseigne collected a pair of stage wins, in commanding style, by setting two world records, both of which took place on the same day. Following three days of clean fast stages, Lenseigne sat a-top of the leader board with a 0.7 second advantage overall, but was ultimately edged out of top place due to a range equipment malfunction on the last stage of the match.

Coming in at a close second and displaying her signature sportsmanship, Lenseigne said, “Sometimes you eat the bear, and sometimes the bear eats you. I’m happy as my gear worked flawlessly throughout the entire week and my little red rocket pony was on fire, proving to everyone in the sport that although she is small, she is mighty.”
