Steamlight Introduces Rail Mounted TLR-8 G Weapon Light

Steamlight recently announced the debut of its latest weapon-mounted tactical light/laser, the TLR-8 G. Further, the low-profile TLR-8 G features an “eye safe” green aiming laser.

The lightweight, compact model is designed to maximize visibility. Moreover, the TLR-8 G delivers long-range targeting capabilities in a variety of tactical applications, according to Streamlight.

“Concealed carry, law enforcement, military and home defense users alike can benefit from the TLR-8 G’s targeted bright light, as well as its powerful green laser,” said Streamlight President and Chief Executive Officer Ray Sharrah. “The laser improves users’ ability to focus on targets during daylight hours, when the color green appears brighter to the human eye than other colored lasers. The light also can be stored on a handgun so that users can more readily identify a potential threat before taking any action.”

Streamlight TLR-8 G Features

The TLR-8 G features an LED light that produces 500 lumens and 5,000 candela over a 140-meter beam distance.
