Pierre, SD-(Ammoland.com)- Currently, South Dakota administrative rule states that “no more than 20 persons may hunt in a group, except when hunting jackrabbits or predators.” This rule has led to some confusion regarding who is counted in the party of a hunting group; primarily when pheasant hunting.
