Savage Arms delivers more bang for the buck, introducing the field-ready Engage Hunter XP rifle and optics package.
Utilizing the Model 110 platform, the Engage Hunter XP ships with a factory-mounted, bore-sighted Bushnell Engage 3-9x40mm scope with drop-compensating reticle. Bushnell’s scope is mounted using Weaver Grand Slam rings and bases.
Available in a bevy of calibers to include .243 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Win and 25-06 Rem, the rifle itself offers an adjustable length of pull in addition to Savage’s adjustable AccuTrigger. The long gun features a matte blued barrel paired with a black synthetic stock as well as a detachable box magazine.
Savage says the rifle paired with the Bushnell optic provides a solid platform for hunters looking for that all inclusive package.
“The rifle’s improved ergonomics get even more accuracy from its legendary 110 action, floating bolt head, and thread-in, zero-tolerance headspace system, while the optic’s drop-compensating reticle makes it easier to place precise shots at longer ranges,” the company said in a press release.
Savage’s new 110 Engage Hunter XP is shipping to dealers now with a MSRP of $629.
