Right-to-Carry permit holder stops armed robber in Cleveland, WJW, Cleveland, Ohio, 08/07/16

A man armed with a gun entered a Family Dollar in Cleveland, Ohio and attempted to rob the store. Upon seeing the robbery, a bystander, and Right-to-Carry permit holder, drew a gun and ordered the robber to drop his gun.
