Rick Ector to Respond to “Deadline Detroit” Weak Rebuttal on Eastpointe’s Null and Void Gun Law

The author at Deadline Detroit rebutted one of my arguments in the Detroit News article by arguing for the criminalization and prosecution of gun owners who have already been victimized by thieves and vandals. In addition, he wisely ignored my other point that Eastpointe’s new gun law is null and void, as the Legislature and the federal government are the only entities that can create gun laws that Michiganians are legally bound to obey. When I get a breather, I will respond in writing to his foolishness.
