On December 3rd of this year, Detroit based gun rights advocate Rick Ector was invited by the Southeast Michigan Tea Party to address its members on the subject of Red Flag Laws.

Michigan State House Rep Robert Wittenberg has recently authored proposed legislation that would enable a citizen to be raided by law enforcement officers and have his firearms seized without a hearing. If you believe that is bad, it gets worse.
