Rhode Island: Bills regulating guns signed into law by Governor Raimondo

Governor Raimondo has signed another 13 bills into law, including a gun-control measure that advocates say is a small gesture that will likely have little impact on safety.Two identical bills signed into law Thursday evening lay out how, when and to whom felony domestic violence offenders must turn over their guns.
