Police Back Up Self-Defense Claim In Shooting At Storage Facility

USA –-(Ammoland.com)- The Star Tribune in Minneapolis reported back on 06-23-2017 in Minnetonka, Minnesota, a dispute between the two men began when one accused the other of not owning up to putting a dent in another vehicle at the Public Mini Storage in the 2800 block of Hedberg Drive. It ended months later with the accuser shot in the head at the same ministorage facility where the rift began.

In an update this week 08-04-2017, Police Investigators backed up the killer’s claim that his actions were self-defense.

The shooter said he’d “probably be dead now” if he had not been carrying his gun.

Following the strong recommendation of investigators, the Hennepin County attorney’s office said this week that 65-year-old will not be prosecuted for fatally shooting the 58 year old.
