Pennsylvania: “Terrorist Watchlist” Bill Referred to Rules Committee

This morning, the House Judiciary Committee voted to refer the “Terrorist Watchlist” bill, House Bill 1770, to the House Rules Committee. Any further consideration of a “discharge resolution” can only occur after 15 legislative days, so it is unlikely that any action will be taken on HB 1770 until after the General Assembly returns from summer recess. …Read the Rest
