After four years in the making, yesterday the Pennsylvania Senate finally voted to pass firearms preemption legislation in the form of an amendment to House Bill 80. HB 80 passed by an overwhelming 34-14 vote. This critical firearms preemption bill is not out of the woods yet, though.
