Pennsylvania: Critical Firearms Preemption Legislation Re-Introduced

On the heels of yesterday’s Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling that struck down ACT 192 – Firearm Preemption Legislation – for violation of the “single subject” rule for legislative process, Senator Rich Alloway (R-33) has re-introduced legislation to replace the intent of the original measure.
