Paid workers at a Non-Profit gun club

By Joe Potosky At several member run clubs that have obviously outgrown there volunteers or at the point where those still volunteering are at the point of burn out, I’ve asked why not hire retired people or local collage kids to lesson the burden.

The answer I usually get is; were a non-profit club and can’t hire anyone!
