To go along with its ever-popular P30, Heckler & Koch has developed a subcompact model, the P30SK (SubKompact), which has all of the sought-after characteristics of the larger frame P30 and P30L pistols but in a more concealable design.

Like its larger brethren, the P30SK features a customizable frame that comes with interchangeable backstraps and lateral grip panels.

Currently available in 9mm, Heckler & Koch’s P30SK features a luminescent three-dot sights (Meprolight night sights are also available), a 3.27-inch barrel, an ambidextrous slide release and a Picatinny accessory rail.

Several trigger/safety systems are also available including: double-action-only (DAO) P30SKs with LEM triggers and double-action/single-action (DA/SA) models with ambidextrous safety/decocker levers or just decockers.

In any setup, however, like all HK P30 pistols, the P30SK features an automatic hammer safety and firing pin safety.

Finally, the pistol comes with 10-round magazines, but it can also use the VP9 and P30’s full-sized, 15-round magazines.
