It seems that the Connecticut DEP has a new, highly efficient tool for busting those bad apples that like to stuff an extra striper our four under the casting deck, or the trout angler that thinks one rainbow over the limit will go unnoticed under the truck seat. Meet your match. Ruger is one of several dogs trained to sniff out fish, particularly trout and stripers.
