Obama’s New Executive Orders on Guns Could Require a Dealer’s License if Selling a Single Gun

President Obama’s 2016 gun control push is in full swing as he laid out part of his plan with reporters Monday evening. One particular part of his plan is raising a lot of eyebrows in the gun community.

His new executive orders could require an individual who wants to sell a single gun to obtain a Federal Firearms License. The Attorney General used these exact words when addressing how many guns would require a dealer’s license:

“It can be as few as one or two depending upon the circumstances under which the person sells the gun.”

You want to sell a single gun to a friend or family member? Prepare to become a licensed firearms dealer.
