New York State of Mind: Seizing Guns from the Dead

New York is a fairly large state, and much of it is sparsely populated. As a result, the voting block is largely controlled by Manhattan and its boroughs. As everyone knows, the gun laws are not exactly favorable to the gun-owning public.
