New Hampshire Contemplates Constitutional Carry

We haven’t reported on New Hampshire Bill SB 0116 before now. It’s simple and elegantly titled: AN ACT repealing the license requirement for carrying a concealed pistol or revolver. The arguments against the bill are best summarized by a letter to the editor from “Live Free or Die” state resident Mark Sherwood published at concordmonitor.com. No need to click over, really.
