Nevada: Wildlife Commission Considering Proposal to Push Discharge Ordinance to Almost One Mile!
On March 16th, the Nevada Board of Wildlife Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Commission General Regulation 473/LCB File No. R111-17 which would prohibit the discharge of a rifle within 5,000 feet of an occupied dwelling and the discharge of a shotgun or bow within 1,500 feet of an occupied dwelling. The proposed regulation is a solution in search of a problem, and the distances are completely unreasonable.
