Michigan: Legislature Reconvenes with Constitutional Carry Moving to Senate

As Michigan legislators reconvene after the summer recess, House bills 4416, 4417, 4418 and 4419 are moving to the Senate. This package of gun bills would remove the requirement to obtain a concealed pistol license (CPL) in order to lawfully carry a firearm.
