Today, June 7, the Michigan House of Representatives passed a package of bills which would remove the requirement to obtain a concealed pistol license (CPL) in order to lawfully carry a firearm with a 59-49 vote. House Bills 4416, 4417, 4418 and 4419 would also make the current licensing system optional to allow citizens to obtain a license and take advantage of reciprocity agreements with other states. …Read the Rest
