“I’d like a box of 9mm ammo. I want to go plinking this weekend.”

“Sure! That will be $85, and I’m going to need to see your ammo purchasing card, which costs $50, expires every two years, and takes months to process.”

Don’t count on buying ammo out of state. That’s illegal now.

Don’t count on borrowing ammo from your buddy. That’s now a private party transfer, and it’s illegal, too.

Oh, did I mention your 10+ round magazines are illegal to own, no matter when you purchased them?

You may not have an interest in politics, my friends, but politics clearly has an interest in you.

If you sit at home during elections—and there are elections being held across the nation, TODAY—then you deserve the government that you get.
