Please, Please Do Not Try This at home. This was one of the “stunts” I did for the shooting exhibition for the Boy Scouts and this was a practice run beforehand. For over 15 years while I trained for biathlon at the Olympic level, we would stand on the ball to improve balance while our coach would throw a weighted ball to us. Needless to say we developed great balance and the ability to be able to stand on the ball and concentrate on other things. I do this to help improve my shooting, balance and focus. I do not however recommend this as a drill because it is extremely dangerous. There are much safer ways of improving those things and your shooting. If you would like some ideas, please let me know and I would be happy to share. #trickshots #shooting #guns #pcc @webertactical @lowaboots @hogueinc @jprifles @trijicon
