Juvenile Whooping Cranes Released Into the Marsh at White Lake, WCA in Louisiana
Louisiana--(Ammoland.com)- Fourteen juvenile whooping cranes were released into the wild Monday at White Lake Wetlands Conservation Area (WCA) in Gueydan.
The juvenile cranes join 26 adults that are part of an experimental population being monitored by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF).
