In 2014, Jesse Ventura sued the estate of Chris Kyle, or the “American Sniper” as he’s more commonly known, over a passage in Kyle’s book that Ventura believed was defamatory towards him. Ventura won a $1.8 million award, but yesterday an appeals court reversed this and ordered a new trial.

This is great news as Ventura has disrespected our veterans several times.

Kyle is one of the deadliest snipers in US history with a total of 255 confirmed kills.

The passage in question was about a supposed bar fight between the two of them in 2006 after Ventura reportedly made a negative remark about the Navy SEAL’s.
