Dilley Police shot and killed a suspect who pulled a shotgun.

A firefight broke out Tuesday in Jersey City with a police officer reportedly shot in the head. As of press time (3:20 p.m. EST), the scene at the Jersey City Shooting is still unfolding and details are scattered regarding the number of shooters.

Local police along with FBI and ATF agents responded to the scene, which is still very active. Dramatic footage hit social media almost immediately, as amateur video shows a wild scene. In one video, footage shows a massive stack of unknown NJ police moving down a city street. In another video, multiple gun shots echo through the town. You can watch some of those video toward the bottom of this post.

Response to Jersey City Shooting

A Newark ATF office tweeted agents responded to “reports of an active shooter,” according to cnn.com. CNN went on to report that New York PD’s Emergency Service Unit responded to the scene in Jersey City as well.
