By Bob Owens
- Do you have a round in the chamber?
- Are your sights zeroed?
- Is your gun cleaned and lubricated?
- Is it on you, or within one arm’s reach?
- Do you have a white light and optics?
- Are your batteries fresh?
- Is your ammunition fresh?
- Never rechamber the same round more than once
- Is your gun stone-cold reliable?
- Must fire 3,000-5,000 rounds without stoppages.
