Idaho: Self-Defense Legislation Heads to House Floor

Today, March 8th, the Idaho House State Affairs Committee passed Senate Bill 1313 with a 12-3 vote. SB 1313 will now head to the House floor, where it could receive a vote as early as tomorrow. This important piece of legislation, which has the backing of law enforcement and prosecutors, will improve the ability of law-abiding citizens to defend themselves in Idaho and previously passed the state Senate with a 29-6 vote.
