Hunter Safety System re-tools its Pro Series Harness, announcing that the updated version will launch Spring 2018.
The new Pro Series boasts a lighter, interlocking material paired with a high-tech ventilating mesh on the back and shoulder areas. The Pro Series weighs 2.9-pounds, which is 40-percent lighter than the company’s original Pro Series Harness introduced in 2005.
The harness is packed with features to include binocular/rangefinder straps, two zippered chest pockets, several gear pockets and a charging port for phones or flashlights. Equipped with ElimiShield Hunter Scent Control Technology, the vest utilizes a nanotechnology that kills odor-causing bacteria. Hunter Safety System says the ElimiShield treatment process protects the vest from mildew and odors.
“Our customers have been asking for us to bring the Pro Series back to the line,” Jerry Wydner, Hunter Safety System president, said in a statement. “We wanted to make sure we had a much better version with more bells and whistles, and we wanted to bring it to market at an even lower cost.”
The harness sports sound dampening buckles, deer drag, a suspension relief strap and a Lineman’s Climbing Strap.
