In short, it depends on what bullet and how many sheets you are willing to unroll.
Matt with Demolition Ranch does the work by rigging up a contraption to allow him to wind a de-boxed roll of Reynolds around a block holding one regulation-sized watermelon. Starting with .22LR against two boxes of leftover cover-up, it is really no contest but he steps it up from there.
It gets kinda silly. Like 700 yards of foil silly.
This is what all that friggin foil looks like
But does it matter? After all, it is aluminum foil.
