PERRY, MO –-(Ammoland.com)- Ed Brown Products, Inc. is proud to release the KC9 as the first new model in the Evolution Series of pistols.

Nearly 20 years ago the Kobra Carry took the industry by storm giving the world the first look at the Ed Brown Bobtail, which later became the most widely copied option on the 1911. The combination of Snakeskin treatment and the Ed Brown Bobtail are now legendary and are fully incorporated into the KC9, the first model in the Evolution Series. Completely optimized for 9mm, the KC9 is smaller, thinner, and lighter than its predecessor. The new pistol retains the comfortable and proven 1911 controls, so there are no new muscle memories to develop. The KC9 retains the standard 1911 grips, provided they are cut for the Ed Brown Bobtail®, which are now available virtually everywhere, and ships with the Ed Brown Exclusive Labyrinth Grips to make for a great looking package.
