Ducks Unlimited Car Dominates At Texas Motor Speedway

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – -(AmmoLand.com)- The Ducks Unlimited (DU) logo soared to new heights on Sunday, finishing in Victory Lane on the No. 4 car at Texas Motor Speedway with Kevin Harvick behind the wheel. Harvick led a race-high 119 of 334 laps at the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Playoff race at the AAA Texas 500 on Sunday.

The special paint scheme was provided by Anheuser-Busch through their Proud Partnership with DU and was unveiled in early October. The iconic duck head logo graced the No. 4 racecar both inside and out.

While he finished in Victory Lane, the win didn’t come easy for the Stewart-Haas Racing Team. After starting the race from the pole, Harvick was forced to prevail over a pit-road penalty, causing him to restart at the back of the pack as the sunset on Texas Motor Speedway. This challenge did not stop the Busch/DU No. 4 car from pushing forward and on lap 225, Harvick took the lead.
