#DeerWeek Begins on Outdoor Channel & Sportsman Channel September 16-22, 2019

DENVER – (Ammoland.Com) – Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel launch year three of Outdoor Sportsman Group Networks’ programming initiative to welcome the Fall hunting season – #DeerWeek presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors – on September 16-22 (7 p.m.–Midnight). Hosts Jeff Danker and Jon Langston provide viewers with fun, exciting and educational information about deer hunting season.

“#DeerWeek has become ‘can’t miss’ viewing for outdoor lifestyle enthusiasts and especially deer hunters,” Outdoor Sportsman Group President and CEO, Jim Liberatore said. “Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel will focus on the excitement, camaraderie and adventure of deer hunting season.”

#DeerWeek, launched in 2017, is a unique, week-long, cross-platform event featuring primetime programming showcasing deer-specific content on Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel. This year marks the third consecutive year of this specialized, “cervid-themed” programming block.
