Davidson’s Promotes Josh Tucker

PRESCOTT, Ariz. -(Ammoland.com)- Davidson’s is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Tucker. Josh has been promoted to the position of Information and Technology Application Manager.

Josh joined Davidson’s in 2012 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a major in computer science and a minor in business operations management. He began his career with Davidson’s working in Shipping and Receiving, from which he transitioned to Information Technology. In 2013, he became a buyer and was later promoted to a Davidson’s Senior Buyer in 2016.

He will be making his transition with experience in many different Davidson’s departments. In his new role, Josh will utilize his multi-departmental experience and technology background to manage and improve the Davidson’s information capabilities. Josh will also evaluate and lead the implementation of future business software applications as the technological world continues to develop.

“Josh complements our hard-working IT department by bringing his technical skills, analytical thinking, company-wide knowledge, and his ability to increase efficiencies. He is already diving into a variety of projects, and we’re excited for all the upcoming opportunities” said Sheryl Manz, director of operations.
