Culture eats strategy for lunch. While the opening of a shooting range in North Carolina’s Smithfield-Selma High School this is a JROTC endeavor, and I doubt we’ll get back to kids openly carrying their rifles to school in my lifetime (56 years old), anything that heads in that direction can be classified as a good thing.
