In a “60 Minutes” interview that aired over the weekend, Tulsa police officer Betty Jo Shelby shared the details that led up to the fatal shooting of Terence Crutcher. Shelby also explained why she believed Crutcher was under the influence of PCP – a fact later confirmed by a toxicology report – and why his actions left her fearful of his next move.
