Mooresville, NC – -(Ammoland.com)- Carolina Arms Group announces the introduction of their latest 1911 pistol. The Privateer Carry Commander was developed by Mark McCoy, a US Navy Veteran and founder of Carolina Arms Group.

The pistol features a 4.25-inch stainless match-grade barrel and bushing, professional-size stainless steel frame and slide, a one-piece machined guide rod, sleek bob-tail, concealment hammer/grip safety, and a light-weight trigger. Other features include forward carry cuts, recessed slide stop, a light-rail and carbon fiber grips. The Privateer Carry Commander is ideal for concealed carry and is offered in both .45 ACP and 9mm.

Every handcrafted 1911 pistol built by Carolina Arms Group is machined to exact tolerances and is meticulously inspected for precision and accuracy. The Privateer Carry Commander 1911 pistols are stone-lapped, hand-filed, and fitted, then tested for accuracy in a ransom rest. Finally, our quality experts hand-fire them for feel and function.
