California: Federal Court Stays “Large-Capacity” Magazine Ruling Effective Friday @ 5:00PM

Today, Federal District Court Roger T. Benitez issued an order staying enforcement of the judgment in the NRA and CRPA supported case of Duncan v. Becerra.
