Just a day after observing the one year anniversary of Parkland, headlines are being made of another active shooter incident, this time in Aurora, Illinois.

From WGN:

Police are responding to an active shooter situation at a manufacturing facility in west suburban Aurora.

Kane County’s SWAT team, the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force and other police are at Henry Pratt Company, which is near Highland Avenue and Prairie Street. Streets in the area are closed.

No injuries have been confirmed but there are reports that at least one officer and six others were hurt in the shooting.

An area school reports that students are sheltering in place as a precaution, though there doesn’t seem to be any credible threats at this time.

The ATF in Chicago has announced they’re responding as well.

Right now, the situation is extremely fluid, so anything being reported right now has a high probability of either being wrong or changing at a moment’s notice.

Update (15:55 Feb 15, 2019): As of right now, USA Today is reporting that the shooter is still reported as being at large.
